Adecco is assisting a manufacturing company in Fitzwilliam, NH with hiring a
Production Associate / Fabricator on 1st shift. This is a hands-on position working in a production environment where you will help build and finish high-quality products. Position: Production Associate / Fabricator
Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Overtime available on Fridays
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Job Duties:• Fabricate, assemble, and finish fiberglass products
• Work with molds, resins, and composite materials
• Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Move materials throughout the facility as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Requirements:• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience:• Manufacturing or production experience
• Fiberglass, composite, or plastic fabrication
• Mechanical, automotive, or construction experience
• Skilled trades experience
